Complimentary Series

Beginning is sometimes the hardest part.

This offering is a way to step into the work gently—with space, support, and no pressure to decide anything beyond the next conversation.

I am inviting a small number of practice clients to take part in a complimentary series of Therapeutic Coaching sessions. Together, we will create a space that is grounded, attentive, and collaborative—where you can begin to reconnect with your inner experience, and explore what may be ready to emerge.

    • A series of six one-on-one sessions

    • Meeting every 1–2 weeks via Zoom

    • Space to explore patterns, emotions, and inner dynamics

    • A steady, compassionate structure that allows real momentum to build

    If it feels supportive for both of us, there may be the option to continue beyond the initial series.

I am currently completing my training in Therapeutic Coaching, with certification expected in October 2026.
